Custom-made items
Most products are made to order according to your requirements. These items may take 2-3 weeks to prepare. When you order both custom-made and instock items, you will have the choice to have them posted separately or all at once. After ordering you will receive an email with the anticipated date of completion of your custom items.
Postage
Postage within Australia is included in the price of all items and is based on the weight and bulk of the item. I am happy to post to anywhere and will advise you by email of any extra postage costs after receiving your order. I can post most days except for bulky items which will be sent on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted on any unused items within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of custom designed orders. Shipping charges are not refundable. Due to health considerations, menstrual products, breast pads, nappies, underwear and training pants must be returned in unused, unwashed condition, unless they are defective. In that case, return them for repair or replacement, at my discretion. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. Any information you provide is used only to process your order and make sure you get the best possible service. We never, ever, ever rent, sell, or otherwise make your information available to others. If you would like to receive information about sales and special offers, please subscribe to our newsletter.
Payment
Payment may be made by direct deposit (preferred) into an Australian or New Zealand bank account, by credit or debit card through Paypal (no Paypal account required) or via your Paypal account.
