I make HalfPint Pants which would be very suitable for your daughter. The crotch seams are entirely enclosed, or if you prefer I can make the body a single piece of fabric with no seams at all. As for the side seams, I can sew them with no overlocking, so that the seam lies flatter – or if you prefer I could sew the seams inside out like rashie tops.
Half Pint Pants are made from 100% cotton interlock unless you choose a cotton/elastane or cotton/spandex blend. The elastic at waist and thigh is entirely enclosed so it won't rub on her skin. The Noonee Knickers don't have elastic but are finished at the leg and waist with cotton/spandex and that might cause a problem with her sensitivity to synthetics.
Have a look at the cotton interlock fabrics and let me know which of the colours you (and she) would like.
