Hi Evie

Great to hear from you. The Hume and Hovell Trail! I'd love to do that one. My sister and I were talking about doing it a few years ago, but haven't got around to it yet. You'll have to let me know what you think of it. Are you going to make a walk blog? Current mobile technology with wireless internet is sooo portable! If so, please give me the link.

Regarding the pads, the QuickDry folding pad would be suitable for you – though the standard form of that has PUL for waterproofing and a poly/cotton upper surface. If you wish, I can make up that style of pad for you with 100% cotton outer and either polar fleece backing or with cotton outer and concealed PUL. In either case, all outer surfaces would be natural fibres as I can use 100% cotton thread for you as before. If you would prefer just two layers of cotton for the shell of the pad, then that would be fine as well, but of course it won't be moisture resistant. The cost for QuickDry pads would be $12 per shell (including one booster) and $2.50 each for extra boosters.

Please let me know how that would suit you.

Best wishes

Marnie
